Rogues

The Rogues are a loose coalition of costumed super-criminals based in Keystone and Central City, who generally bedevil The Flash. When not committing baffling crimes and robberies, they tend to hang out and play poker or spend time with their families like regular people do.

History

Several Rogues collaborate on a new theory as to how to murder the Flash.

More like an extended family than a supervillain team, the Rogues consider the twin cities of Keystone and Central to be their territory. While they routinely threaten to take over these cities, attempt to destroy high-profile buildings, and rob the many banks and jewelry shops in the area, they will also defend the twin cities area from invaders and other villains who do not explicitly get their permission to wreak havoc.

Much like their primary foes, the Flash and his fellow speedsters, the Rogues are generational. There are retired Rogues who have passed on their legacy either directly or indirectly.

The current leader, Captain Cold, has a few mandates in place. Family comes first. No drugs. No killing--at least, no killing unless it is absolutely necessary. And most importantly, do not mess with hockey season.

Although most of the Rogues have their own boltholes and hideouts, they generally gather at a little dive bar on 4th Street known as The Gallery. As a villain-friendly bar, it is a hangout not only for the Rogues but for any supercriminals, minions, and petty thugs who are in the area. At least, as long as they abide by the rules: No powers use, take your fighting outside, and don't hog the damn bathroom.

• Zapped - The Rogues attempt to rob Zapp World, Central City's best arcade, for nefarious reasons yet unrevealed. Who will stop them??
• A Sound Decision - Nazi Dinosaurs in Central City. Chaos ensues.
• Flash Is A Huge Jerk - Magenta meets Pied Piper and Golden Glider. They discuss the jerkitude of the Flash and of Mirror Master.
• All That Glitters - The Golden Glider takes Piper out to loot a craft fair in the hopes of cheering him up after his disastrous date. Chaos ensues.
• Magenta's First Time - Piper and Glider get Magenta (and themselves) drunk to ease her into her first real criminal act. Interrupting this tender moment are the Justice Leaguers Vibe and Gypsy.
• Little Miss Huffet - Piper and Goldie discuss Sonic Boomatrons and infamy.
• Lunchtime at Tiffany's - The Ice Star Diamond is stolen by the Golden Glider in a daring robbery assisted by the Pied Piper! Will someone stop them? (Spoiler: No)
• She Works Hard For the Money - Piper endures Geneva Convention-defying torture at the hands of fellow Rogue Captain Cold.
• The Greatest Love of All - Captain Cold and Piper disrupt the Central City Ice Capades so that the Glider can take center stage. Afterwards, she has special news.
• Runt Riot Rogue Rampage - Utilizing baffling logic, Impulse and Arrowette (both in disguise) attempt to start a bar fight in the Rogues' Gallery bar. Chaos ensues.
• The Man Who Kidnapped the Heroes of Keystone City - Keystone Day is wrecked by a Scottish rogue looking to score big.
• Bring Me The Head Of Evan McCulloch! - Captain Cold is very, very upset that the Mirror Master has stolen his favorite hockey team.
• Rogues to Riches - The Rogues engage in a somewhat legitimate scheme with the assistance of Star Sapphire, but the Flash and Kinetic butt in.
• Larcenous Lullabies - The Pied Piper puts all of Central City to sleep so the Rogues can loot at their leisure. Who can stop them? WHO??
• Last of the Red Hot Mamas - Drunken Rogues decide to help Heat Wave get the perfect girlfriend. Chaos ensues.
• Bank Transfer - Trickster and the Pied Piper relocate an enormous pile of stolen cash from one place to another.
• The Fall of Iron Heights - Warden Wolfe is kidnapped by Harley and Ivy, while Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Mirror Master, Golden Glider and the Pied Piper destroy Iron Heights Prison!

• Rogue Quality Time - Captain Cold drags the Rogues out to the first Combines game of the season.
• The Rogue Xmas 2008 Special - The Rogues gather for the Christmas Party of the year!
• When I Think About You I Torch Myself - A valuable collection of Olympic Relay Torches is on loan to the Keystone Museum, attracting the attention of a certain fire-loving Rogue and his pals. Who can stop them from stealing such sacred sparks?
• KaBOOMerang - Captain Boomerang launches an attack on the Central First Vault from the other side of the city, with the help of his fellow Rogues.
• The Fresh Air of Freedom - After Captain Boomerang's theft goes awry, he, Heat Wave and the Rainbow Raider are imprisoned. Piper and Trickster show up to help their fellow Rogues break free!
• The Mystery of the Blue Angel - Rogues, methane and fire. There is no other genteel way to sum things up.
• RogueCon IV: The Unicorn Initiative - Now and then the Rogues have a convention. It is just a thing that they do. Something always goes awry, and this time is no different.
